Bridge Lesson 27

Hey all!

We have 2 more real classes, and then our game day for the final class. We also have Bridge Private Lessons on April 18th. If you feel like your student is struggling, this is very normal at this point in the semester. Let’s keep working and finish strong. 😊🎶

Please have your students read this email so that we are all on the same page!

🎵 Students should practice along with the Lesson 27 video at one of their first practices.

🎵Students should practice the pink sharp flashcards this week – two steps this time! First find the name of the major key based on the number of sharps (find name of last sharp, then go a half step up).  Then, find the related minor key by going 3 half steps DOWN (“major down to minor”🎶).

🎵 Recital is drawing closer (May 1st per the class calendar)!  Your student should follow page 91 in the 2nd Semester Workbook to prepare for the recital week-by-week!

**IMPORTANT** I am splitting the recital into two times. See below for your student’s assignment. Each recital will have 6-7 3rd year students, and 4 Bridge students.

Jimmy, Lucy, Almeda, and Jacob Luna will be in the May 1st 6pm recital.

Jacob Judd, Nigel, Georgia, and Gage will be in the May 1st 7pm recital.
