Our Purple Magic Semester is About to Start!

It’s almost time…
I have your materials ready, new batteries in the keyboards, and I’m so excited to start our third year in the Let’s Play Music journey with you.

Classes for our Purple Magic Semester will begin Wednesday, August 31st. Please see the list below to see the class time your child is registered for. Class is now 60 minutes, and just like last year parents attend on Lessons 1, 5, 9, 13, and 15. Tuition is $80/month (unless grandfathered in to a previous payment plan) due on lessons 1, 5, 9 and 13, OR the full semester can be paid up front on the first day of class.

There will be a mandatory parent orientation meeting on Saturday, August 27th at 12:00pm at my house (1524 N Seton Mesa, AZ 85205) This meeting is for parents only (the one that will be attending class with the child.) We will be distributing materials, going over our expectations for our 3rd year of Let’s Play Music together, as well as the details of our reward and classroom management system for the year. This meeting will take about an hour. Please text me ASAP so I know you got this message and will be in attendance.

In order to avoid an hour long firehose of information, I’ve created a google form that contains MOST of the information you really need before classes start. The remainder of parent orientation, materials distribution, and Q&A should only take 20-30 minutes tops. Click here to access the Google Form. Please read/complete this form when you have the chance to sit and process the info thoroughly.

When you registered for Purple Magic you should have received an email with instructions to access your audio tracks through the LPM App. Please download that app and encourage your child to listen to it as much as possible. It will help in class if they are already familiar with the songs. IF you took the summer off, a few weeks of daily brush-up practice can really help your youngster get back in the groove for the upcoming Purple Magic semester. Click here for suggestions. Also, watch this short video with your child and be sure they can perform all the skills demonstrated.
